Thank you for taking the time to read our terms and conditions. For ease we have split them into two sections – terms and conditions of sale and terms and conditions of use. Both sections are explained and detailed below.
"We / us" means "Love to Splash" and "you" means "the purchaser".
Before we can proceed with any order we need to ask you to expressly confirm that you’ve read and understood both sections. Many thanks.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate – see http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/index.htm. The only exception is for items that are classified as zero rated e.g. children’s clothes in which case there is no VAT payable. Prices quoted are exclusive of delivery as the final delivery cost will depend on the final size of your order. Delivery is calculated at the checkout.
Ordering
As soon as you have input your payment details and we receive automatic notification of your purchase, regardless of whether you receive the confirmation or not, we deem there to be a "Contract of Sale” between us and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Delivery
We will arrange for delivery of the products to the delivery address supplied by you during the ordering process. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and we reserve the right to charge you for replacement goods (if they are in stock) and postage. Please contact us as soon as possible if you think you have input an incorrect delivery address as we may be able to update your details prior to despatch.
We will endeavour to ensure that goods are delivered promptly in accordance with your preferred delivery option or at least within 30 days but we unfortunately can’t accept liability for unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Hope you understand.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product you may return it to us and receive a refund of the cost of the product. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unused, unworn with tags intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving your product and checking the condition of the product we will contact you to confirm that we will go ahead with the refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund. Please note that refunds exclude the original cost of postage. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive. Please note that we can’t offer returns for products that have been used or appear to be customer-damaged.

Exchanges
Not the right colour or size? You’ll be pleased to know that we are very happy to exchange products within 30 days of despatch of your original order. Items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unused, unworn with tags intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving your product and checking the condition of the returned product we will contact you to confirm that we have the alternative product in stock and that we’ll process the exchange. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process the exchange. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive. We will exchange products once but for second, third or more exchanges on the same product we would need to charge you for the postage costs. Please note that we can’t offer exchanges for products that have been used or appear to be customer-damaged.

Receipt of wrong item
Oops – did you receive the wrong item! In the first instance please contact us as soon as possible at customerservices@lovetosplash.co.uk and we’ll endeavour to resolve it quickly for you.
"Cooling Off" Period
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a 7 day "cooling off" period.
What this means is that you have 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to cancel subject to the below.
You must give us written notification of cancellation. You must return the product or products to us promptly in their original condition, unused, unworn with tags intact and in their original packaging so that we may still sell the product as new.
Upon receiving the product or products from you we will process the refund within 30 days which will include the cost of the product and the cost of postage that we incurred by sending the product to you. However, you will be responsible for paying the postage for returning the product or products to us. Please note that you are also responsible for obtaining proof of posting to us.
