If you place your order by 11am we try our very best to despatch your order on the very same day (except for weekends or bank holidays). We'll also email you as soon as your order has been despatched so that you know it's on it's way.


Delivery Options and Prices

We offer three delivery options, royal mail 1st class, royal mail 2nd class and express next day delivery. Please select your preferred delivery method using the drop down menu in the checkout area when purchasing.

 

Delivery Notes

We will arrange for delivery of the products to the delivery address supplied by you during the ordering process.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and we reserve the right to charge you for replacement goods (if they are in stock) and postage. Contact us immediately if you think you have input an incorrect delivery address as we may be able to revise prior to despatch. We will endeavour to ensure that goods are delivered promptly in accordance with your preferred delivery option or at least within 30 days but we unfortunately can’t accept liability for unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Hope you understand.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product you may return it to us and receive a refund of the cost of the product. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unused, unworn with tags intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving your product and checking the condition of the product we will contact you to confirm that we will go ahead with the refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund. Please note that refunds exclude the original cost of postage. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be help responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive. Please note that we can’t offer returns for products that have been used or appear to be customer-damaged. See contact details for returns address.

Exchanges

We are very happy to exchange products within 30 days of despatch of your original order. Items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unused, unworn with tags intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving your product and checking the condition of the returned product we will contact you to confirm that we have the alternative product in stock and that we’ll process the exchange. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process the exchange. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be help responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive. We will exchange products once but for second, third or more exchanges on the same product we would need to charge you for the postage costs. Please note that we can’t offer exchanges for products that have been used or appear to be customer-damaged. See contact details for returns address.
